Classic Great Cellar Wine Club Members and Wine & Wellness Club Members can visit Quob Park Estate an unlimited number of times per year.
Members of all types can bring with them up to four nominated guests with them on their visits
How often can I visit other Quob Park locations?
Members and non-members can visit other Quob Park locations, including The Old House Hotel in Wickham Square, as many times as they like.
I'm an Associate Wine Club Member - how do I claim my "Up to 3 Glasses of Wine or 10 Wine Samples" on my first Onsite visit?
On your first onsite visit, you will be provided with a Tasting Card loaded with £10 credit for use in our Enomatic Wine Tasting Machines.
There are 300+ Wines by the Glass available to enjoy from our self-service Enomatics across two sites, from £1 samples to Full Glass Measures.
Our Enomatics dispense wine in sample size (many at just £1), 125ml, and 175ml measures, meaning that how you use your £10 credit is entirely up to you!

How can I save money by buying bottles of wine to enjoy Onsite?
Members who purchase bottles of wine to enjoy Onsite at a Quob Park location will only pay Member Retail Prices + a variable Corkage Charge (dependent on the value of the wine), which is usually significantly cheaper than corkage typically found at pubs and restaurants.
Eg. a bottle that costs £10 at Member Retail Price could cost c. £30 in Your Local Pub / Restaurant. Our Member would only pay £10 + £5 Corkage giving a Total of £15 – saving 50% and making it cheaper to drink wine at Your Club than in Your Local Pub.

How do I claim my FREE bottle of Exceptional Sparkling wine for Special Occasions when I Fine Dine with Quob Park, Remotely of Online?
Members who register their Special Occasions with us will be entitled to a FREE bottle of Quob Park Exceptional English Sparkling Wine when they celebrate by Fine Dining with us either Onsite or via a delivered ‘finish at home’ luxury meal box.
Your Special Occasion and its date must be registered to your account and can include things such as anniversaries, birthdays etc.
Members are allowed to register a maximum of [FOUR?] Special Occasions to their account.
How does my 'Transferable Enrolment Certificate' work?
Your Transferable Enrolment Certificate is worth £500, with the total number of certificates (and therefore the number of Memberships available within the Great Cellar Wine Club) limited. This is to ensure that the enjoyment of our Members is never compromised by overly-busy facilities.
If at any time you choose to leave the Club, you have the option to transfer your Enrolment Certificate to another person, saving them any Joining Fee that may be in place at that time, or should Membership be full, giving them a place within the Great Cellar Club that may not have otherwise been available to them.
If you choose to leave the Club without transferring your Enrollment Certificate to another person, your membership space will be available to be purchased by the general public, and you will receive no monetary compensation from Quob Park Estate Limited.
What is the "£30 Minimum Monthly Spend Commitment" and how can the money be used?
All Great Cellar Club Memberships are No obligation, No Contract, No Notice Period, but do require a minimum deposit/spend on your account of £30 per month. This means should you wish to leave the Club, you can do so at any time.
Members do however have to commit to adding £30 to their Online Retail/Cellar Door Account. With notice, credit can can be moved to Tasting Card or Food/Beverage Account credit in £10 increments, which effectively means your £30 per month credit can be spent on ANY Quob Park Good or Service.
Should you so wish, you can spend your credit month to month, or allow it to accrue (your account balance will roll over each month) for special occasions such as a Luxury Stays at The Old House Hotel, or for Fine Dining experiences.
If you are thinking of leaving the Club, please ensure you’ve used any outstanding account balances on your account before doing so, as these balances are non-refundable.
