Quob Park 1120 Heritage Prestige Rosé Cuvée was made available in 2020 as an Early Release to celebrate the 900 Year Anniversary of St. Nicholas Church, Wickham – the church featured upon our labels. Made exclusively from grapes from the 2018 “UK Vintage of The Century”, the nose is intense with aromas of lifted ripe red and black fruits. Currently the ultimate expression of Quob Park Estate’s Exceptional Terroir.
Far less influenced by Chardonnay compared to Our Classic Rosé Cuvée, Our 1120 Heritage Prestige Rosé instead features a much higher Pinot Noir content, leading to a slightly deeper rose colour in the glass. The palate offers lively and lingering notes of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry.
Quob Park 1120 Heritage Prestige Rosé Cuvée is produced using a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure the preservation of the primary fruit flavours inside the grapes. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier are vinified separately allowing the determination of the final style of this Exceptional English Sparkling Wine.
