Quob Park 1120 Heritage Prestige Rosé Cuvée was made available in 2020 as an Early Release to celebrate the 900 Year Anniversary of St. Nicholas Church, Wickham – the church featured upon our labels. Made exclusively from grapes from the 2018 “UK Vintage of The Century”, the nose is intense with aromas of lifted ripe red and black fruits. Currently the ultimate expression of Quob Park Estate’s Exceptional Terroir.
Far less influenced by Chardonnay compared to Our Classic Rosé Cuvée, Our 1120 Heritage Prestige Rosé instead features a much higher Pinot Noir content, leading to a slightly deeper rose colour in the glass. The palate offers lively and lingering notes of strawberry, raspberry, and blackberry.
Quob Park 1120 Heritage Prestige Rosé Cuvée is produced using a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. The grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness to ensure the preservation of the primary fruit flavours inside the grapes. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier are vinified separately allowing the determination of the final style of this Exceptional English Sparkling Wine.
Way beyond Traditional Method, targeting Champagne Standards.

Quob Park Estate’s multiple vineyards, set within a 170 acre Natural Clos nestled in the heart of the Hampshire countryside, express a wide range of rich flavours which are clearly reflected within our Estate Wines.
Quob Park places considerable emphasis on the vineyard expression, characteristics, and identification, which are being delivered from our unique mix of soils from chalk to clay. We respect the power and elegance delivered in this beautiful expression of a balanced bright red to darker berried flavour spectrum, delivered particularly by the older clones used for our Pinot Noir.
