  We would rather explain our fair pricing once than ever need to apologise for poor quality. We endeavour to deliver an exceptional but relaxed level of service and only seek to employ team members who are professional and embody this approach. In light of this, in our Fine Dining Venues, a discretionary service charge of 15% will be added to the bill for Non-Members, while for Members, service is complimentary. For both Members & Non-Members, gratuities are discretionary.
  
  Additional discounts of up to 20% may be provided to Members on certain menus, including Tasting Menus to encourage you to explore Your Palate with Our Exceptional Gourmet Experiences.
  
  Quob Park aims to only use the best locally-sourced ingredients wherever possible, with some even produced on our own Estate, and to pay a fair and sustainable price for all such ingredients.   To qualify, you and at least one other Guest must be Fine Dining with us during the month of your Special Occasion. Fine Dining includes 3-course à la carte options, our various Tasting Menus or any Fine Dining Event. Each Member can pre-register up to 3 Special Occasions per year. We really don't mind what these Special Occasions are, but we recommend that one should be your birthday, but you can choose any occasion or date special to you.
  
  These Special Occasions could be anniversaries, friends' birthdays, graduations, or, if it's special to you, even a pet's birthday, so long as this is a month during which you will find time to come and Fine Dine with us.   This exclusive service is designed for those Members interested in purchasing a case of wine (6 bottles) and provides expert guidance in the form of a personalised one-to-one appointment, typically held at our new retail outlet located at The Old House Hotel, Wickham. During Your Experience, Our Wine Expert will take you through a Selection of Eight Wines Carefully Selected to likely meet Your Individual Preference, based on the findings from your Discover Wine & Pairings Tasting and Your Palate Course plus any Wine Ratings you have made in our unique Quob Park Wine & Pairings App.
  
  A core part of the Quob Park Ethos when it comes to Wine (and unlike other wine clubs which recommend the same wines to everybody!)is that each Palate is Individual, and there are no Right or Wrong things to Enjoy, and thus we only provide tailored recommendations to our Members. We are usually, therefore, unable to provide TailoredWine Recommendations to Members until the completion of the Discover Wine & Pairings Tasting and YourPalate' Course.
  
  But do not worry!   This incredible personal shopping experience is valued at £60, but is FREE for Your Birthday (but it is only available to those committing to purchase a case of wine within their selected price bracket). You can be accompanied on this Tailored Experience by up to three guests, though discounts do not apply to these additional guests and the pre-selected wines with pairings will be set to match Your Individual Palate, not those of your guests.
